This neighborhood was originally built by Pulte Home Developer starting in 1999 and J. Patrick Homes in 2000. Complete with 708 family homes in this planned development of varying sizes and floor plans. Amenities include, a gazebo, spectacular lake for fishing and relaxation, pool, playground, water park, tennis courts, and clubhouse, which makes for a truly beautiful community.
